Your retreat hosts–Deshawn & Marla Thomas, studio owners

Founders of Queen City Yoga & Fitness, Marla + Deshawn have spent over a decade building a community rooted in movement, connection, and real transformation.

Before building QCYF together, they each found healing through movement—Marla through yoga and Deshawn through athletics and training. What started as a shared vision became a space where people feel stronger, more connected, and fully themselves.

Your retreat leader- Autumn Spencer

Your retreat leader—Autumn Spencer—brings a deep love of travel, connection, and meaningful experiences to every retreat.

She has explored cultures around the world and is passionate about helping others step outside their routines, embrace adventure, and feel fully present. Autumn creates a welcoming, grounded environment where connection comes naturally and every detail is thoughtfully held.

She’ll be your guide throughout the week—making sure you feel supported, connected, and able to fully enjoy the experience.
